When I checked into the hotel, I was delighted to find myself with an amazing view of Victoria Square and the waterfront right outside my room. However, the cleanliness was a major letdown as dust covered almost every surface, from tabletops to mirrors. The lack of response to my request to change rooms left me a bit disappointed.
Rooms

My stay at the hotel was pretty good overall. The room was okay and had a decent bar nearby, but the location was superb with such a comfy bed and spotless environment offering a great view of the whole of Belfast. However, the synthetic pillows were a downside.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. They were more than happy to change our room when we complained about the noise, which was really nice. However, they could have communicated better about the noise complaint and room switch when we were out during the day.
Location

The hotel's location was great, right opposite St George's market and just a few minutes' walk into the city center. However, it was not managed very well as we had to ask for milk to be replaced and for orange juice.
Dining

The dining experience was not perfect. The food was not hot when it arrived, but there are plenty of fashionable cafes in Belfast offering great coffee and food for much better prices.
Facilities

The facilities at the hotel were pretty standard. Nothing extraordinary, but it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, although comfortable and with toiletries available, had some cleanliness issues, and the duvet was too small for the bed. The service, on the other hand, was exceptional, especially from the concierges who were incredibly helpful. The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms are of high standard and well-equipped, but some areas are dark and old. The service from the concierge team, especially Tony, Paul, and John, is exceptionally helpful and friendly, but the night porter's excuse for the room service needs improvement.
