Reviews and Ratings
When I checked into the hotel, I was delighted to find myself with an amazing view of Victoria Square and the waterfront right outside my room. However, the cleanliness was a major letdown as dust covered almost every surface, from tabletops to mirrors. The lack of response to my request to change rooms left me a bit disappointed.
My stay at the hotel was pretty good overall. The room was okay and had a decent bar nearby, but the location was superb with such a comfy bed and spotless environment offering a great view of the whole of Belfast. However, the synthetic pillows were a downside.
My stay at the hotel was incredible! The rooms were amazing with lovely scenic views, and the staff was so nice and always ready to help. The central location was perfect for exploring the area, although I did get a double bed instead of twin beds as booked. The hotel's proximity to the Dock/Titanic quarter added to the charm of the stay.
Thanks to Tony, my room got upgraded and was ready on time. It had a walk-in shower, though it felt a bit outdated, it was clean. The service, especially from concierges John and Paul, was fabulous. They even helped me book my guided travels for the week, making my stay perfect. The location was fantastic, with a lovely view of the river, and being right next to St George Market was a big plus. The dining experience was amazing, with varied and delicious options. Overall, a perfect stay.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were immaculate, but I had some noise disturbances from adjacent guests. The view from my room was lovely, although the TV remote didn't work. The housekeeping staff deserves top marks for the spotless room.
My son and I had a lovely stay at the hotel, especially with the excellent breakfast before heading to the Grand Opera House. The staff was polite and extremely friendly, making our experience enjoyable. The location was great for us, and the hotel itself was lovely, although the room around the aircon unit got slightly hot at times.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and clean with fantastic views, and the upgrade to a King Studio Room was definitely worth it. The service was top-notch, some of the best I've experienced. The location was perfect, close to the city centre but quiet, and the dining experience, although with tasty options, had some room for improvement. Overall, a great value for money.
Our stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. While the location was fantastic, close to major attractions in Belfast, we had some challenges with the room mix-up and the high price we paid for what we got.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, although comfortable and with toiletries available, had some cleanliness issues, and the duvet was too small for the bed. The service, on the other hand, was exceptional, especially from the concierges who were incredibly helpful. The location was perfect, near the railway station and city center, but the room rates were on the higher side with additional parking costs. The dining options were a bit limited, but the breakfast quality was excellent. Overall, a mix of positives and negatives.
The hotel provided a beautiful backdrop for a memorable moment when I proposed to my girlfriend, and she said YES! Our room was absolutely gorgeous, very clean, with a lovely view of the city. We enjoyed sipping champagne in the complimentary bathrobes while admiring Belfast in all its glory.
The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms are of high standard and well-equipped, but some areas are dark and old. The service from the concierge team, especially Tony, Paul, and John, is exceptionally helpful and friendly, but the night porter's excuse for the room service needs improvement. The location is ideal for exploring the city and the Titanic Quarter, but lacks personality and cleanliness in some areas. The dining experience in Sonoma Restaurant is excellent with a wide selection of dishes, while the facilities are satisfactory with room for enhancement.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, especially given its convenient location near Lanyon station. The rooms were impeccably neat and clean, and the one-person-per-floor service was a nice touch. The front counter staff were fabulous, making me feel truly welcomed. However, the breakfast options were lacking, and the morning was a bit chilly.
My stay at the hotel was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised when I was upgraded to my own room, making my stay even better. The room was nice, and the bed was super comfortable. The dining room got quiet after the rush, which was nice.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was fantastic, close to the city center and with easy access to all key spots, but the room cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The service was attentive, especially during check-in and at breakfast, and the dining experience was nice despite some minor issues with the food quality. Overall, a convenient location with friendly service, but cleanliness needs improvement.
The hotel offered nicely decorated rooms with great views towards the river and Titanic Quarter, but they were way overpriced for what we paid. The service took a bit too long to resolve issues, although the staff were ultimately brilliant. The location was convenient with easy access to the city center, but the dining experience was disappointing with limited options. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
